OUR STORY
FirePoint is an independent, non-profit entity sponsored by Wichita State University dedicated to facilitating DoD joint technology development, transfer, and commercialization between the U.S. government entities and universities, traditional, and non-traditional industry. FirePoint aims to support the educational, commercial and workforce development necessary to drive innovation and collaboration across the key modernization priorities. FirePoint initiatives support collaboration, partnering, and STEM workforce development to ensure combat readiness and overmatch in the multidomain battlespace.
